wexburyarug.com (the “Service”) provides training-related services for prospective drivers, including booking/enrollment for theoretical and practical training and guidance for exam preparation, subject to the availability of instructors, vehicles, and schedules.

Exam administration is performed by the competent examination authority. Our services focus on preparation and training; we do not control the authority’s exam organization, timing, or grading.

2) Distance contracting disclosures (advance information)

Before concluding a consumer service contract at a distance, the provider must disclose seller/service-provider details and key terms to the consumer in advance. This Service provides relevant information before your enrollment/booking, in line with: On Consumer Rights Protection.

3) Personal data and privacy

6) Booking, scheduling, and changes

• Availability: Training sessions are scheduled based on availability; your booking request does not guarantee a specific date/time until confirmed.
• Rescheduling: We may reschedule sessions due to operational reasons. We will communicate reasonable alternatives when possible.
• Attendance: For practical training, punctual attendance is required. Missed sessions may affect the training plan and may be subject to the provider’s internal policy.

7) Exam-preparation guidance vs. exam administration

Any materials, tips, or guidance provided through the Service are for education and preparation purposes. The results and logistics of examinations depend on the competent examination authority. We are not responsible for authority decisions, official requirements changes, or delays.

8) User obligations and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information for booking/enrollment and promptly update it when it changes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems, or communications.
• Do not use the website to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Respect intellectual property rights in training materials and website content.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wexburyarug.com and its representatives are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any consequences arising from exam authority decisions, force majeure events, or your failure to comply with scheduling/attendance requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Ukrainian consumer or other applicable law.
